Idle the cards are around 40 C and under full load, around 68 C which is nothing in terms of heat. of 2 - Display Driver AMD Stopped Responding and recovered. I have 3x 120 fans extracting air from my case, 1x 140 fan dragging into my case, the graphics cards are in slot 1 and 3 of the motherboard, so there is plenty of air flowing around the cards.

I know there was a problem with AMD drivers and a Microsoft update with Vista which caused a similar problem, I wonder if this has happened again but with Windows 7?
I keep submitting feedback to the driver guys via the AMD web site you never know they may fix the problem, as it is a driver problem and not a hardware problem. What would really p*** me off is if I removed one of my 5970?s and the problem went away!!! What is worrying me is the drivers may not be able to handle the initialisation of my 2x 5970?s i.e. However both my card and cpu are AMD while you have an intel/AMD. The driver clean up didnt work and the hotfix of 15.7.1 also didnt work. Im also having problems with my r7 260 since the last driver update, first in windows 7 and then in windows 10.
